We serve our soup in bread bowls baked from our daily specialty bread dough and sourdough. As artisan bakers, we know it’s the natural wild yeast in our sourdough starter that gives our sourdough bread its unique flavor. Add to that the highest quality ingredients and a three day process in which the dough is shaped, ferments and rises on wooden peels until it’s ready to be "peeled" into the oven.

Dried cranberries and fresh Fuji apples, alongside walnuts, blue cheese, sliced chicken breast and field greens with our pomegranate vinaigrette.
Kalamata olives, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, artichokes and cucumbers with romaine lettuce and vinaigrette dressing.
Layers of tomatoes and fresh mozzarella alongside a bed of field greens, all drizzled with balsamic glaze, EV olive oil, basil, cracked pepper and sea salt.
