Our breads, cookies and pastries are mixed from scratch and baked fresh daily in our bakery. Do you deliver?

Yes. We routinely handle orders feeding one person to 1,000 people and offer our full menu for pick up or delivery from 7 a.m. until closing.

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes. $15 is our minimum order size for most deliveries. The minimum can be higher based on distance from our stores.

Is there a charge?

Yes. There is a fuel surcharge on each of our deliveries which helps to offset our drivers’ gas expenses. This is a set fee regardless of your order size and is based on distance from our store. For most addresses, the charge is only $2 - $3. Gratuities for our drivers are at your discretion.

How soon do I need to place my order?

Most deliveries can be taken care of in as little as 30 minutes. We assign delivery time slots and make delivery orders on a first-come, first serve basis. In order to ensure a specific delivery time, please place your order online at least a day ahead. When placing an order for more than 50 people, providing us with advance notice will ensure that we can fulfill every aspect of your order.

Why is it helpful to place my order days ahead for pastries, bagels and breads?

Our artisan baking process takes three days. Because we make all of our breads from scratch, we require advance notice for large orders of pastries, bagels and breads. If you are ordering a smaller quantity, we normally have plenty of baked goods on hand to fulfill your order without advance notice.

Can I change my order?

Yes. You can quickly edit orders placed for future dates and reorder past orders. Simply login to your account, select your account and then select "Manage Orders". For an order for today, please call us if you wish to make any changes.

What if I have to cancel my order?

We understand that plans change and meetings get cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please make sure to give us a call as soon as possible. Because our scratch baking and preparation for your catering order begins well before your order must be delivered, orders not cancelled at least one day in advance will be charged at full price.

Can I send a delivery as a gift?

Definitely. Our warm, treat sized cookies make great gifts. We will need you to provide a delivery time and address at which the recipient will be available to receive the order, their phone number, and your credit card number to pay for the order.

For gift deliveries, we prefer to call the recipient an hour ahead of the scheduled delivery time to ensure the recipient is available to receive your gift. If they do not answer, we leave a message and call again an hour later; no delivery will be made until we are able to make contact with the recipient of your gift.

If you wish for us to skip the preliminary phone call; we will deliver your gift according to your specific delivery instructions and will leave the order at the doorstep or with another resident if the intended recipient is not available. If you instruct us to not make a preliminary phone call, we will not provide a refund if the intended recipient does not find the gift we delivered.

Gift deliveries must be prepaid. Please make sure you provide correct delivery information for your order.
